Project Management

In addition to our core services—juror recruitment, AV/tech support, and real-time data collection—Vulcan Research Services also offers project management as an optional add-on for clients who want help coordinating the many moving parts of a mock trial or focus group. This support is available when needed and can be scaled based on your preferences and level of involvement.

We can assist with key planning and logistical tasks such as scheduling meetings between you and your clients, leading tech checks with attorneys, coordinating pre-project planning and presentation prep, managing jurors before and during the event, checking in jurors on-site, sourcing facilities, and handling catering with venues.

This added layer of support is especially helpful for independent trial consultants or small teams who need a dependable partner to help carry the load. With Vulcan involved, you gain a full support team without having to expand your own operation.

We also offer deliberation moderators who can guide juror discussions and provide written summaries of the key themes and takeaways from those sessions—giving you insights without needing to review every minute of footage.

In fact, we’ve even fully hosted projects on behalf of consultants who could not attend in person. In these cases, the consultant provides us with the materials—scripts, questions, and presentation outlines—and our team handles the entire event, from start to finish, with professionalism and precision.
